We are a leading leasing and building management company located in Wanchai and now seeking for a high caliber candidate to expand our business

Property Officer /Senior Property Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily management and operation of residential / commercial / industrial sites or complexes
• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to tenants
• Monitoring the contractor work
• Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder of Housing / Property / Facility Management or above
• 2 years or above solid experience in property management field is highly preferred
• Holder of PMP (Tier 2) is preferred
• Familiar with MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing
• Conversant with DMC / BMO and related ordinances
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, independent, organized, good communication and interpersonal skill
• Candidates have more experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
• immediate available is preferred
