We are a leading leasing and building management company located in Wanchai and now seeking for a high caliber candidate to expand our business.

Senior Technical Officer/ Technical Officer

 

Responsibilities:

• To act as owner representative to manage the R&M works of all E&M & building services of properties.
• To oversee fitting out works and renovations for offices and residential projects.
• To assist in vetting fitting out drawing.
• To obtain and analyze quotation & tendering document of all works.
• To coordinate with contractors to ensure that all works meet a satisfactory level.
• To attend duties assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services/ Building Surveying/ Electrical/ Building Study or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in building operation and maintenance, of which 2 years at supervisory level.
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Work.
• Experience in Property & Facilities Management or Consultant is preferred.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Good PC skills; and preferably in AutoCAD.
