Vocational Training for People with Disabilities Office

Major Duties:
(a)To be responsible for multi-media production and graphic design works for publicity and promotion in the following areas:
(i)Advertising;
(ii)Marketing collaterals including posters, leaflets and brochures;
(iii)Desktop publishing;
(iv)Photography;
(v)Video and Multimedia production; and
(b)To provide administrative and logistic support in promotional and marketing events.
Requirements:
(a)A recognised Diploma or Higher Certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related discipline, or equivalent;
(b)At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in related fields;
(c)Strong skills in major design software including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects) and other related design software;
(d)Good experience in desktop publication and designing of marketing materials, e.g. booklet, banner etc;
(e)Proficiency in PC Skills including Chinese and English typing;
(f)Good communication and interpersonal skills;
(g)Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and
(h)Knowledge in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and networking would be an advantage.
Notes:
(1)Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic/professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2)Applicants invited for interview will be required to present their portfolios.
(3)The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and / or outside centres.
(4)In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process.
