About the Scheme

The Graduate Trainee Programme ("Sons of the Sea" Scheme) is a strategic talent development scheme initiated by China Overseas Land & Investment, designed to recruit fresh graduates for property development and business management positions. You will be trained in a systematic manner to become elites with comprehensive management skills. 

The three-year scheme provides trainees with the opportunity to gain all-around exposure by rotating between different projects in China (including GBA cities). Here are the positions that we are offering in HKG this year,

Property Investment

Job Description

• Conduct project investment analysis and cost-benefit assessments
• Involve in the feasibility study and report preparation
• Perform research and analysis on the real estate market and relevant policies
• Oversee and execute merger and acquisition (M&A) activities, including conducting due diligence and related research

Requirement

• Degree or above in Surveying, Real Estate, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
• Clear career aspirations with a desire for long-term growth in the real estate industry
• Internship experience in real estate or related fields is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, organizational and coordination skills, meticulous with proficiency in data analysis
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

Sales & Marketing

Job Description

• Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies throughout the project lifecycle, including initial positioning, sales launch, and ongoing sales phases.
• Formulate sales promotion plans, pricing strategies and event proposals in line with project timelines, ensuring effective implementation
• Oversee on-site marketing collateral and provide support if necessary
• Responsible for maintaining the brand image of the projects and managing the daily promotional activities

Requirement

• Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Clear career aspirations with a desire for long-term growth in the real estate industry
• Internship experience in property developer is preferred
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

Project Management (Architecture & Design)

Job Description

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties for the architectural design of the project
• Control, review, and drive design proposals at various project stages
• Ensure design vision and quality are delivered, and coordinate interdisciplinary design work
• Collaborate with internal parties on product positioning and development, support all the submission processes, and provide technical expertise for contract tendering and construction phases

Requirement

• Degree or above in Architecture or related disciplines
• Clear career aspirations with a desire for long-term growth in the real estate industry
• Internship experience in construction, consultant or related fields is preferred
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
