Job Summary

Oversee the operation of the team towards achieving the operational objectives while ensuring that the Marriott Standards are met. Report and make recommendations to Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

To oversee the day to day operation in areas relating to Laundry & Linen Room. Report service quality issues by contractor to Housekeeping Manager for quality control. Mend, repair, and alter guest clothing and employee uniforms by hand stitching, applying adhesive patches, or using a sewing machine. Distribute clean uniforms to personnel according to company specifications. Send damaged uniforms to appropriate location (e.g., seamstress, Housekeeping, outside vendor) for repair. Document guest requests for laundry/dry cleaning, minor repair, and pressing of garments in accordance with company specifications. Record assigned and unassigned uniforms as they are distributed, returned, or cleaned. Inspect uniforms for damage and remove substandard uniforms from circulation and issue replacements. Prepare necessary reports for the month-end of guest laundry, employee laundry and pressing service.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

監督洗衣房及布草房之日常運作。就承辦商的服務質素問題向房務部經理匯報，以便進行品質監控。以手縫、貼補或使用縫紉機等方式，縫補、修理及修改客人衣物及員工制服。按公司規定向員工派發整潔制服。將損壞制服送往適當單位（如：裁縫、客房部或外判供應商）進行維修。按公司規定記錄客人的洗衣／乾洗、小修補及熨衣等服務要求。記錄制服之派發、歸還及清洗情況（包括已分配及未分配之制服）。檢查制服狀況，將不合標準的制服撤出流通並安排更換。編製月結所需報表，包括客人洗衣、員工洗衣及熨衣服務等。

入職要求

• 高中畢業或同等學歷（G.E.D.）。
• 具至少 1 年相關工作經驗。
• 具至少 1 年督導／管理經驗。
