Executive Floor Attendant

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous delivery of all orders. Maintain positive image through all areas of guest contact and through cleanliness of guest areas. Participate in and assume responsibility of the operational functions of the Food & Beverage service on the Executive Lounge.
  • Ensure all Food & Beverage are maintained at appropriate inventory levels
  • Maintain service during the interim periods, in particular, to serve coffee and tea throughout the day
  • Prepare for and to run the breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail service
  • Responsible for the rotation of all goods and stocks


Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • At least 1–2 years in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Basic English and Chinese language skill
  • Customer-service oriented mindset, with empathy and problem-solving
