Integrated Risk & System Assurance Manager

Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all risk management, DSC, and system assurance activities across the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate risk workshops, DSC reviews, and hazard identification workshops to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and reduced to ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Delivery Risk Register, DSC Risk Register, and System Assurance Plan (SAP).
  • Prepare risk and assurance progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Oversee the integration of risk, DSC, and system assurance processes into project delivery, ensuring timely close-out of control actions and hazard logs.
  • Review of construction methods, design for safety, and constructability principles to enhance project outcomes.
  • Ensure all required system assurance submissions and deliverables are prepared and delivered on schedule.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in risk management, DSC, and system assurance, preferably within MTR railway projects.
  • Experience in reviewing design and construction methods for safety and constructability.
  • Independent, mature, and skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
