Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Deal with backup concrete supplier regarding contract negotiation, order/resources allocation, invoicing and services commitment;
• Work with all projects to collect updated forecast from time to time for better resources management;
• Keep track and to be in-line with market best practice on pricing, services level and innovation;
• Prepare documents for quotation preparation, monthly / management report, etc.;
• Identify and implement sales strategies to achieve the company goals;
• Follow up sales orders and monitor delivery schedule to fulfil customers’ requirement;
• Consolidate market information from different sources to conduct forecast analysis and market data profile.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Business Studies;
• At least 5 years experience in the concrete industry;
• Strong network with concrete suppliers in the market;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with team spirit and able to work under pressure;
• Good commercial and contractual acumen;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
