Building Engineer

Description & Requirements

You will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day engineering work, supervision of work progress and co-ordination of various activities at our construction projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Engineering or equivalent;
  • 4 - 8 years' site working experience in project coordination for building projects ranging from commercial high-rise to residential and retail structures;
  • Able to liaise and co-ordinate with the employers, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers for developing construction details, monitoring site progress and conducting site co-ordination works;
  • Experience in structural work co-ordination will be an advantage;
  • Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage;
  • Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Building Engineer.
