Project Building Engineer

Description & Requirements

You will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day engineering work, supervision of work progress and co-ordination of various activities at our construction projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Engineering or equivalent;
  • At least 6 years' site experience in project coordination for new building or maintenance of commercial buildings projects;
  • Able to liaise and co-ordinate with the employers, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers for developing construction details, monitoring site progress and conducting site co-ordination works;
  • Experience in structural work co-ordination, as well as renovation and fitting out work of commercial buildings will be an advantage;
  • Chartered membership of HKIE (Building) / CIOB / HKICM is preferable;
  • Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
  • Willing to work shifts or night work as required;
  • Location: Central or Lok Ma Chau
