Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the supervision of the construction works assigned to him / her;
• Carry out duties of a Contractor Employed Building Services Inspector team as detailed in the Site Administration Handbook (SAH) published by the ArchSD;
• Manage and monitor the site activities conforming to the Employer's Requirements, ArchSD General Specification, the Site Administration Handbook (SAH) and other documents as specified by the Project Manager or Supervisor or his / her delegates.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical or Building Serivces Engineering from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University, or equivalent;
• Attained language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent;
• At least 10 years' relevant post-working experience with 5 years' relevant experience as Building Services Inspector;
• Good interpersonal communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
