Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall planning, design, operation, continuous monitoring, instant troubleshooting, maintenance and make any necessary modifications to cope with the construction sequences of the solution architecture for internet-of-things (IoT) related to the Smart provisions; coordination with Contractors' own construction teams (Builder's and BS team), Consultant team and any specialist the Contractor engaged for the Smart Construction provisions; provide periodic reports and report irregularities observed;
• Support in the overall coordination, implementation and management of the Smart Site Safety System;
• Support in the overall coordination and management of the project's growing innovation portfolio, organizes and manages various parts to ensure its success;
• Monitor daily tasks and ensure good communication with internal and external parties as well as taking action on issue timely;
• Prepare performance evaluation document submission for customer approval;
• Liaise and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track;
• Manage project or tender related paperwork to ensure all necessary material are current and properly filed;
• Liaising with vendors in sourcing the best solutions for project challenges;
• Coordinate the innovation trials on site and collaborate with discipline leads across the project to ensure successful implementation;
• Measure benefits of innovations against KPI’s and capture lessons learned and benefits to the project;
• Support in the preparation for regular Innovation Progress meetings, funding applications, and award entries to recognize project achievements;
• Support the project's digital and innovative culture through assisting in upskilling the team;
• Support the development and integrations between different digital technologies to create integrated platform including Building Information Modelling, Collected data from IoT Sensor and Smart devices.

Requirements:

• Degree in related field (Construction Management, Business Management, Project Management, Digital, etc.);
• Holder of CEng in Mechanical / Building Services/ Structure / Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• At least three (3) years of experience in AI data analytic and IoT project implementation in construction projects, and with three (3) years of experience in managing corporate digital transformation role in government, developer or construction company;
• Experience in Smart Technology Implementation in Construction Projects;
• Experience in coordination and evaluation of smart technology;
• Excellent communication, collaboration and writing skills in English and Chinese;
• Understanding of technology trends and digital tools. Awareness of construction industry and processes beneficial;
• Safety Supervisor Certificate (OSHC or CICTA preferred) Holder/site safety experience is an advantage.
