Description & Requirements

The candidate will be reporting to Divisional Commercial Manager and will be leading a team of quantity surveyors, handling all the matters related to claims, contractual administration and commercial management for the project.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Divisional Commercial Manager in formulating and executing across construction project;
• Develop and implement project commercial strategies and procedure, and provide contractual and commercial advice to the project team;
• Supervise the preparation of commercial review of tenders, sub-contract tender and related documentation;
• Supervise, approve and endorse final project accounts and claim submissions;
• Review divisional forecasts, budgets and cost reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, preferably with MHKIS or MRICS professional qualifications;
• Minimum 15 years’ of solid commercial experience, preferably with prior experience in claims and commercial management for E&M works;
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and leadership skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
