Description & Requirements

You will be responsible for supervision of concrete batching plant daily operation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Supervisors / Managers to supervise plant daily operations, including production oversight, equipment management, quality control, inventory management, record keeping, safety and environmental compliances;
• Ensure plant operations are smooth and staff abide by company policies and procedures;
• Implement planned actions to meet production targets;
• Assist in preparation of reports relating to costs, productivity, inventory, quality, safety and sustainability;
• Participate in trainings and coaching for frontline workers.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ supervisory experiences in a manufacturing environment;
• Solid people management and coaching abilities;
• Strong Independent problem solving skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willing to work night shift;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Plant Supervisor.
