We are currently looking for high caliber person to join our Procurement Department. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategy for major material packages for tenders and projects;
• Coordinating with the pre-construction team and operation team on material procurement in tender and construction stage;
• Compiling and analyzing material costs for further negotiation for award of major material packages;
• Sourcing and establishing networking with capable and competitive manufacturers, and suppliers;
• Conduct supply chain study and analysis on key trades;
• Supervise procurement assistants on enquiries, negotiation, order placing and expediting for daily material purchasing tasks for projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
• 5 - 7 years' relevant experience in project procurement preferred;
• Experience in construction industry / building materials related procurement, and knowledge of application of Enterprises Resources Planning would be an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team of colleagues at different levels in a co-operative, pro-active, agile & open manner;
• Candidates with more experience can be considered Senior Procurement Officer.
