Transportation Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional, friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests and colleagues.
• Close coordinating with other departments and external parties regarding all matters related to shuttle bus services.
• Ensure all passengers pay properly on all schedules. Examine tickets and make sure they are valid.
• Ensure shuttle bus payment in different methods are effective. Perform regular checking and report abnormal findings to the management.
• Provide driving services for guests and senior management.
• Assist guests with valet parking services.
• Assist guests with luggage and other personal belongings.
• Monitor traffic at Clubhouse entrance.

Requirements:

• Possess general knowledge in hotel / service apartment operation, preferable with experience in Transportation / Security.
• Holder of Driving License 1 & 2 and with knowledge of various types of cars and road system. 
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese. Fair conversational English.
• Pleasant personality and detailed-minded.   
• Comfortable with early morning shifts starting at 6am would be preferrable.
