技工 (合同工)

工作職責： 

  • 負責銀行水、電、冷氣及其他設備、器具的維修及定期保養檢查工作，確保各項設備正常運作，以及取得最有效率的運用，節約資源成本
  • 負責協助及參與總行大廈會議/培訓/員工活動等場地的佈置和支援配合其他內部工作
  • 負責對銀行裝修工程及施工期間，提供專業的技術意見，提供工程的合理性及可用性，並予以適當的跟進
  • 負責提供設備及器具的正確使用方法及保養方式，增加設備的使用效率及壽命
  • 負責聯繫及管理各服務供應商、維護或保養公司，安排定期檢查或維修工作，監控有關公司的服務質量，適時向管理層進行匯報
  • 負責定期 / 不定期清洗排風及冷氣系統，確保辦公環境的空氣衛生及清潔
  • 負責有效完成上級安排的其他工作事宜，包括物品採購和運送、單據處理及跟進、大廈管理工作、事故處理

 

職位要求： 

  • 中學程度或以上; 3年以上維修水、電相關工作經驗
  • 具備良好粵語; 懂讀寫中文及基本英語能力
  • 必須持有機電工程署發出之電力工程人員A級(電工A牌) 及B牌，具水務署發出水喉牌優先考慮
  • 熟悉水、電維修，懂中央冷氣基本維修及保養，並具備一定的辦公室文儀用品或普通電器設備維修常識
