Temporary Sales Support Assistant (until 31 Dec 2025)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Octopus Business Account new merchant acquisition with the launch of Octopus Mobile POS
  • Promote Octopus Business Account to small merchants in different locations
  • Handling merchant enquiries on-site
  • Assist in document collection, merchant due diligence and fulfillment process for new merchant on-boarding
  • Conduct on-site / phone training for merchants after on-boarding
  • Support general admin to sales team (i.e. merchant account set up, sales order process)
  • Follow Risk and Compliance policy and guidelines on merchant due diligence duties 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduates or DSE graduates with 5 subjects passed, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Good language skills and proficient in MS Applications
  • Responsible, committed, willing to learn, and a good team player
  • Outdoor duties are required
  • Multi-tasking, self-motivated with good time management skills
