• Develop & design print and digital materials for events (Including but not limited to backdrops, posters, social media posts and invitations)
• Working with various departments to develop and design concepts for internal and external corporate marketing and branding materials
• Creating, editing, and proofreading marketing and branding materials for print & digitals platform
• Work with events team and clients to prepare concepts & artwork for projects
• Prepare and/or maintain company profiles and media packages for external parties
• Attend marketing related meetings, events and seminars as necessary
• Conduct relevant market research as assigned
• Other ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree or Diploma holder in Graphic Design, Creative Media, Journalism or other marketing media with two (2) or more years of relevant working experience 
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Proficiency in Premiere Pro is preferred
• Attentive to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet project deadlines
• Having corporate experience is preferred
• A creative and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to work irregular hours to meet the demands of the business
• Immediately available is highly preferable
