Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Human Resources planning in the region. Plan and suggest the development of the region’s human position system, which includes position establishment, position responsibilities and position qualification requirements.
2. Responsible for sorting out and improving Human Resources Compensation and Benefit policies, Employee Handbooks and related human resources system implementation rules.
3. Responsible for salary and performance bonus issuance, local social security accounting, and reimbursement and payment processes, etc., and connect with local human resources consulting companies to complete the procedures required for daily employment, welfare reimbursement, and daily affairs communication.
4. Responsible for employee recruitment, signing labor contracts, regularization, resignation, social security benefits, sorting out payment details, individual tax declarations and compliance.
5. Responsible for the management and monitoring of the department's position establishment, title and ranking, and support the operation and maintenance of the Human Resources System.
6. Responsible for the release of recruitment advertisements, personnel screening, resume push, recruiter information entry, employment review, employee background adjustment, etc.
7.Responsible for employee attendance and vacation management; responsible for the launch and iterative upgrade of the HR salary system accounting function.
8. Responsible for the management and operation of employee training and certification, do a good job in the overall management of employee education funds, and assist in the planning and organization of international business training within the jurisdiction.
9. Regularly organize the collection of employees' ideas and suggestions, and deal with human resources issues in the company's management process in a timely manner.
10. Other tasks assigned by the department’s leaders or supervisors.
Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, more than 5 years’ work experience in Human Resources.
2. Familiar with the operational procedures of various domestic Human Resources management practices, various labor and personnel regulations and policies, and have practical experience.
3. Have good professional ethics, diligence and dedication, integrity, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication, coordination, teamwork spirit, strong logical ability, good digital sensitivity, and good at data analysis.
4. Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English, proficient in using relevant office software, and basic network knowledge.
