Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of C&B functions, including monthly payroll, taxation, MPF, benefits administration, etc;

• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of HRIS systems;

• Work closely with internal HR team and business partners in various C&B operations and projects;

• Compile HR analysis reports for management review and decision-making;

• Handle employee enquiries on daily C&B matters;

• Perform other ad-hoc HR-related tasks as assigned;

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;

• Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll administration, preferably from dynamic and fast pace environment;

• Well-versed in Hong Kong & Macau Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations;

• High proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience in HR System;

• Analytical thinking with good numerical sense;
