Customer Services Officer / 顧客服務主任

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from CS hotline in a professional manner, answer enquiries received by phone, email and other media channels
  • Confirm appointments and handle enquiries or complaints with good communication skill and professional manner
  • Communicate and coordinate with clinic and internal departments
  • Deliver good customer service to meet customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year customer services oriented experience
  • General medical knowledge or clinic experience is preferred
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive and a team player
  • Ability to handle multi-task independently
