Senior Officer, Sales Administration (Export Shipment)

Job Duties:
 

  • Provide a coordination and administrative service for sales team
  • Handle Export documentation and declaration
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotation, process sales orders and related coordination
  • Liaising with other departments for sales activities
  • Responsible for ad hoc projects as required


     

Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales support and Export shipment 
  • Familiar with manufacturing, experience in food industry would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skill to interact with customers, associates and third parties
  • Well organized, positive and good problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese, good in Putonghua is a plus
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Applications
