Responsibilities:

• To handle enquires of tenants and visitors at the reception counter in the managed property
• To visit/communicate with tenants for maintaining relationship and for obtaining tenants’ expectations on Landlord’s provisions
• To carry out daily operations and facilities inspection of commercial building to deliver premier services to tenants

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• 1-3years' working experience in customer services is preferable
• Experience in property management would be a definite advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Pleasant personality and good presentation, customer service oriented
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• 5-days work week, 9-hours shift duty between 0800-1900
