What will you be expected to do?

• Handle assigned duties like assisting customers, selling tickets; loading customers on/off the car; handling crowd control and also ensuring the safety and efficient operations of the mechanical rides at the HK Observation Wheel
• Resolving any day to day issues with help of management for issues brought up by the customer
• Answering queries and offering information, positive interaction with the general public (as well as with other staff)
• Assist site teams to monitor work site for any deviances from standard operating conditions, hazards, irregularities
• Provide an entertaining and enjoyable experience for guest visiting the HK Observation Wheel

What we look for in you?

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• With related working experience is preferable
• Able to work 3-6 days a week as per assigned shifts (included weekends and statutory holidays)
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Staff Benefits 

Hourly Rate $58-$78, on-job training, promotion opportunity, payable meal break

• 能與遊客用良好的中英語溝通
• 有相關工作經驗者優先考慮
• 需要輪班工作; 每週工作: 3-6天（包括週六，公眾假期及假期前夕）
• 即時上班者優先
