We are looking for Assistant ManagmerRole for PizzaExpress, The work location for this position will be anywhere in Hong Kong. Candidates who can work in Tung Chung or Sheung Shui are highly preferred.
As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, Your team and customers will always come first, and it is your mission in life to know what makes them tick. You will also have commercial acumen and the ability to engage suppliers, guests, and the surrounding community alike.
Responsibilities:
Run the operation smoothly and perform day to day restaurant operations management
Monitor all Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and PE policies and procedures as well legal requirements are followed by your team and yourself
Manage controls of food, labour and variable costs within your budget ensuring all the tools are in place to deliver targets
Ensure stock is managed and replenished and regular inventory and security checks are carried out
Organise shifts and scheduling and duties are delegated with goals and objectives set
Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management review
Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards are delivered through the team for an amazing guest experience
Coordinate all guest queries, complaints, and feedback, responding quickly, correctly, and efficiently
Monitor and measure the performance of the whole team against their KPIs, helping them develop in their career
Identify, assess, and recruit new team members whose values and attitude reflect those of the business
Requirement:
Previous experience of working in a management role with at least 4 years of relevant hospitality experience
Excellent leadership, prioritisation, communications, motivation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, innovative, proactive, positive, energetic, and passionate about food and service
Good planning skill, organized with strong number sense and business acumen
Team Player, work together as a team to achieve the goals set out by your manager and PizzaExpress
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
Experience of working to budgeting and forecasting
Excellent leadership, prioritisation, communications, motivation, and interpersonal skills
More experience will be considered as Deputy Restaurant Manager
