Officer (Building Maintenance Services)

Chevalier Property Management Limited provides management services for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, shopping malls and carparks, with a total management area of over 32 million square feet.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the technical team and provide support on maintenance & repair works for single-blocked residential

  • Assist in preparing tender document and quotation for maintenance & repair work

Requirements 

  • Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in building / estate maintenance

  • Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate

  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A)

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Working Location: Chai Wan & Ma On Shan
