Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and management of fitting out projects to meet the company’s standards;

• Ensure quality assurance for store renovation project;

• Prepare 2D layout & drawing;

• Responsible for license application and renewal;

• Liaise with contractor to carry out store renovation works to meet deadline;

• Coordinate with internal clients, vendors and contractors.

 Requirements:

• Diploma in mechanical engineering/ electrical engineering/ interior design or related subject;

• 2 years of related experience in store renovation projects;

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or 3DMax is preferred;

• Knowledge of local building regulations and practices;

• Project management, communication skills and able to meet tight schedule;

• Previous exposure in project planning and implementation is an added value;

• Conversant with MS applications and proficient in Chinese typing.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Officer.
