職責:

• 巡視物業

• 確保所有設施運作正常

• 處理顧客查詢

• 協助上司跟進投訴及處理緊急事故

• 主動與業戶接觸

• 維持良好關係

• 協調指派工作及督導下屬

• 報告物業狀況及填報相關文書

要求:

• 中五或以上程度

• 三年或以上物業管理經驗優先

• 成熟, 有良好組織能力, 有責任感

• 基本英語及國語、良好粵語的言語能力 

• 樂觀性格 及 具獨立處事能力

• 有一般電腦知識優先

• 持有效保安人員許可證及QAS證書

• 工作時間: 09:00 – 18:00
