Responsibilities:

• Provides installation, basic operation training and repair within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Undertakes scientific instruments installation, basic training, preventive and corrective maintenance via telephone and on-site service
• Help other field service engineers to make solutions to solve on-site problems.
• Liaise with the global technical support centre and other specialists to report and correct faults
• Overseas training is required.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• BSc or above in Biomedical / Mechanical Engineering / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Experience in Health Care / Medical / Biotechnology is an advantage.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, customer oriented.
• Able to work independently, willing to take up challenges.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
