Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls for orders and enquiries;

• Communicate well with different internal teams such as stores and production to ensure smooth operations;

• Handle clients' enquiries and orders;

• Arrange production and provide support in timely basis;

• Liaise and co-ordinate with Logistic team in order delivery;

• Perform data processing and prepare reports;

• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with 2 years relevant experiences;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Self-motivated, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility;

• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;

• Immediately available will be an advantage;

• Shift duty and 5-day work week;

• Working hour: 9:30 - 18:30

• More experience will be considered as Senior Clerk
