Job Duties 工作內容:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning and sanitation of whole production factory, equipment, and utensils
  監督和協調管事團隊的日常活動，確保整個生產工場、設備和器具的清潔達到高效的標準

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures in accordance with company standard
  根據公司定立的標準，制定和實施清潔工作的流程

• Train and mentor stewarding staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols
  培訓和指導管事員工有關正確的清潔技巧、設備使用和安全守則

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
  管理及維持清潔用品和設備的庫存是否足夠

• Conduct regular inspections of whole production factory to ensure compliance with sanitation standards and identify areas for improvement
  定期檢查整個生產工廠以確保符合衛生標準並作出改善

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and inventory
  為清潔工作，檢查及庫存提供準確資料紀錄

• Address and resolve any issues related to stewarding operations promptly and efficiently
  及時和有效地處理任何與管事工作相關的問題

• Collaborate with other department in production factory to ensure smooth and coordinated operations
  與生產工場的其他部門合作，確保日常工作順暢

• Enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to hygiene and safety
  執行並遵守所有公司政策和流程，包括與衛生和安全相關的事宜

• Assist with other duties as assigned by line manager
  履行上司分配的其他工作

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a stewarding including at least 3 years supervisory role, preferably in a F&B/Hotel
  最少五年從事管事工作，及具有三年或以上之管理經驗，有從事飲食/酒店行業經驗者優先考慮

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standard
  順具備基本衛生知識及熟悉標準

• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork
  良好的領導能力，溝通技巧及團隊合作

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  能夠在急速的環境下有效率地工作及處理不同工作相關之事宜

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese
  流行中文書寫及表達能力
