Description

1. Responsible for the whole life cycle management of international submarine and terrestrial cable projects, formulate one-cable-one-policy and one-bureau-one-policy related initiatives and methods, organize the operation and analysis of submarine and terrestrial cable resources, and enhance the efficiency of resources.

2. Responsible for coordinating with international operators to carry out pre-project preparations for submarine and terrestrial cable projects, and participate in the meetings of international submarine cable organizations.

3. Responsible for organizing technical research in the field of submarine and terrestrial cables, and assisting in the completion of relevant commercial research reports and project technical proposal preparation.

4. Responsible for docking with various departments of China Unicom Group and relevant provincial branches to promote international submarine and terrestrial cables, landing stations and ITMC to formulate relevant work plans and project proposals.

5. Participate in the drafting and proofreading of MOU and contract documents related to submarine and terrestrial cables, and complete the review and optimization in cooperation with legal and financial departments.

6. Assist in promoting the application of relevant licenses for international submarine cable projects.

Requirements

1. Full-time master degree or above, majoring in submarine and terrestrial cable, optical communication, telecommunication engineering, electrical and electronic, electronic engineering, information science, computer science and other related majors.

2. 3+ years working experience.

3. Good organization, coordination and communication skills, strong sense of teamwork, professionalism and hard-working.

4. Good learning ability and document writing ability.

5. Be able to use English as a working language, and have the ability and experience to attend international meetings in English.
