Successful candidates will be seconded to the Hong Kong Housing Authority.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Holder of Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or equivalent qualifications from a Hong Kong polytechnic university / polytechnic / technical institute; and
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent;
• Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and Confined Space Card
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT; and
• With positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
Job Duties:
• Supervise building contractors on maintenance works, including making and recording site measurements and records:
• Conduct survey & inspection to buildings and premises within public housing estates and courts; inspections and surveys may be conducted inside flats;
• Conduct survey & inspection to external areas, including slopes, within or adjacent to public housing estates and courts;
• Prepare drawings, sketches, cost estimates and works orders;
• Coordinate /arrange inspection / maintenance works with tenants;
• Handle enquiries and complaints raised by tenants;
• Educate and guide EMAC, MAC members, OC and tenants on home-caring, the importance of proper maintenance on building elements and services installations;
• Other duties as assigned by Housing Department.
Salary:
$25,115.00 per month subject to meeting minimum requirements and appropriate assessment of working experience and proven track records in relevant field
