Key Responsibilities:
· Plan assortment range and collaborate with designers to develop new products.
· Plan and develop assortment plans for global markets.
· Prepare buying budget and launching plan
· Responsible for OTB, inventory management and category management to ensure optimal stock levels.
· Analyze sales performance and trends to make informed merchandising decisions.
· Work closely with supplier and monitor production to ensure on time delivery merchandises to regional markets
· Communicate closely with regional markets to ensure the execution of group directions for business growth.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field.
· Good at data analysis with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· At least 2 years experiences in buying / merchandising role within the retail industry.
· Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
· Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
