訂房服務員 - Reservations Agent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide professional service and respond tactfully to guest's request and inquiries

- Handle reservations requests according to established procedure

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- Diploma Holder in Hotel Management or related discipline

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin)

- Immediate available is highly preferred

- Working shift: 9am-6:30pm or 9:30am-7pm

- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Agent  

We offer attractive remuneration package including 9.5 working hours per day, 5-day work week, birthday leave, annual leave, marriage leave, typhoon compensation leave, duty meal, discretionary bonus, medical and dental benefits.
