Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning and scheduling of the project, including co-ordination and supervision of M&E installation, testing and commissioning
• Assist in monitoring the progress of the jobs by visiting the sites and liaising with the Project Team
• Highlight any potential problems and recommended solutions
• Attend meetings and establish business relationship with the clients, consultants and trade contractors

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Engineering related discipline or other similar qualifications
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in commercial fit out, alterations and additions projects with multi-national corporate exposure
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work within tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communication / interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good in both spoken and written Chinese and English
