Technical Officer - Commercial Building in Central

You will supervise a technical team to provide technical services and facility maintenance at high quality standard, responsible for operation and maintenance of MEP systems and building facilities,  in a commercial building in Central. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

Responsibilities 

  • Support Manager and Engineer to oversee daily operation of technical team and building infrastructure

  • Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports

  • To plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule

  • Maintain record and reporting of the relevant quality or progress documentations

  • Obtaining quotations for the repair, maintenance and replacement services

  • Inventory control and sourcing of spare parts 

  • Main contact person for all maintenance service contractors

  • Supervising repair and maintenance works of technicians and contractors

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma/Associate Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service Engineering and/or Facilities Management/Property Management/or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 years' work experience in repair and maintenance in MVAC or electrical installation, preferably in property maintenance or related field

  • Strong leadership skills and problem solving skill

  • Registered Electrical Worker license A (or B which is an advantage)

  • PC literacy for tender preparation and able to manage daily activities using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring system
