CAD Draftsman

Responsibilities :

  • Produce CAD drawings according to the direction of Interior Designer
  • Understand survey drawings and site measurements
  • Understand and work from structural and building services drawings
  • Review and analyse usage of interior space and to analyse restrictions on usage
  • Maintain record drawings as-built and space occupancy plans


Requirements :

  • Diploma in Interior Design related discipline or other similar qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in operating AutoCAD, Adobe illustrator & Photoshop
  • Familiar with design procedures and contract documentations especially specifications
  • Good drawings and record management
  • A good team player with high commitment, initiative and positive attitude
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
