The Job

• Assist in the planning and executing of corporate promotion programmes, branding campaigns and corporate events;

• Support the planning and implementation of corporate programmes and publicity campaigns including the annual Good MPF Employer Award ranging from budget monitoring, application vetting and processing, database management, publicity, vendor liaison, public enquiries and event planning and execution;

• Coordinate and develop corporate promotion and branding materials across online and offline platforms, from conceptualization and copywriting to production;

• Assist in planning and executing event logistics, including procurement, vendor management, guest invitation and on-site coordination;

• Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of publicity campaigns;

• Compile reports, maintain databases and provide administrative support to the team; and

• Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned..

The Person

• A recognized degree, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business administration or equivalent; 

• At least four years of relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing, event management, public relations or related fields, preferably gained from marketing/PR agencies, sizable or public organizations;

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis or reporting is preferred, with hands-on experience in managing corporate websites and/or website content management system; 

• Good command of written English and Chinese, with experience in copywriting, editing and translation;

• Good interpersonal, communications, analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Mature, flexible, conscientious, proactive and a good team player; and

• Able to work independently, under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered.  All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
