1. Schedule and confirm meeting appointments for the HR team
2. Assist in data/material collections, policies review, HR report preparation, etc.
3. Receive and repost any notices across the departments and gather feedback if needed
4. Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR matters regarding working hours, HR system, or other matters


1. University student majoring in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
2. Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations is a plus;
3. Mature, responsible, independent with proactive attitude, willing and fast to learn;
4. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
5. Immediate available is preferred；and 3*8 availability will be a strong advantage.
