Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service adhering to established protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels, including telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to promptly resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to Kai Tak Sports Park.
• Offer general administrative and clerical support, including managing correspondence and administrative tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration (or a related field) is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in customer services or a related industry is required.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is advantageous) is essential.
• Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Polite, independent, and multitasking abilities are highly valued.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• The ability to work under pressure is also essential.
• Shift duty is a requirement.
