Job Description
Our client is a multinational distribution company, they are looking for the Accounting Assistant/Officer to join their team and provide support on daily accounts and bookkeeping tasks.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounts and bookkeeping tasks

  • Assist in month-end closing and prepare breakdown

  • Prepare AR reconciliations and monthly statements

  • Prepare cheque payment, AP and bank reconciliations

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting field

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word applications

  • Detail minded, proactive and hardworking
