Sales Director - TIC services on Construction & Building Industry

Role Overview
Join as a Sales Director to drive growth in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services for the construction/building sector. Lead business development, client relationships, and revenue growth in a strategic role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction/building sectors.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand market share and client base.
  • Build relationships with key industry decision-makers.
  • Deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Report sales forecasts and performance metrics to management.

 

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in construction/building materials or related fields.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Industry knowledge and familiarity with testing/certification services (preferred).
  • Degree in engineering, business, or related field.
