Responsibilities :
assist Supervisors in office space planning, relocation and renovation;
assist in supervision of supporting staff for dispatch service, tea service and office security;
assist in supervision of car pool drivers, taking orders and monitoring car conditions, fuel consumption and tunnel fees and handling licence renewals;
upkeep the tidiness and cleanliness of office and meeting rooms and monitor the performance of cleaners of cleaning contractor;
relieve receptionists during their absence
assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirements :
Diploma holders with English subject passed in HKCEE/HKDSE
some technical background and with CAD knowledge will be advantageous
2 to 3 years’ relevant sizable office administration working experience
responsible, good integrity and working attitude, hardworking and a team player
organized with good common sense and interpersonal skill
willing to work on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays occasionally for supervision of renovation/relocation works
proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
