• Welcoming visitors and providing a positive first impression of the centre
• Offering general information about the site exhibitions, events, and program
• Answering visitor inquiries about the centre's facilities, services, and current activities
• Providing directions within the centre and assisting with wayfinding
• Arrange and update the display boards/directional signage for event before the function
• Handling ticket sales or registrations for exhibitions, workshops, or special events
• Managing visitor flow and queue management during peak hours or special events
• Coordinating with other departments to address specific visitor needs or concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organized customer service area
• Collecting and reporting visitor feedback to improve services
• Assisting with lost and found inquiries
• Offering support for visitors with special needs or accessibility requirements
• Handling minor complaints and escalating more serious issues to management
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the centre's exhibitions, events, and design-related topics
