Responsibilities:
· Prepare buying budget and launching plan
· Responsible for OTB, inventory management and category management
· Prepare the seasonal OTB on a global level to meet sales and inventory targets
· Communicate closely with regional markets to ensure the execution of group/brand direction for business growth
· Monitor sales and take actions to drive business in the related categories, including merchandise transferring and replenishment
· Work closely with supplier and monitor production to ensure on time delivery merchandises to regional markets
· Collaborate with design team for new season assortment plan
· Maintain optimal inventory level to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma holder in Fashion, Textile and Clothing or business related discipline
· At least 5 years practical buying (must) / retail operation / franchising experience
· Good inventory control and product mix planning
· Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
· Able to work under pressure
· Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Proficiency in MS Excel (example: pivot , vlookup & sumif)
· Candidate who has more experience can be consider as Asst. Buying Manager
· Travel to China is required (but not frequently)
· Immediately available are preferred
