Job Description:
1. Shift duty for 7*24 network monitoring for international network and customer's service, complaint handling and technical support.
2. Perform Tier1 of network and troubleshooting, and timely upgrading according to work guidelines.
3. Responsible for supplier management, resource coordination, customer network experience enhancement, and network incident escalation.
4. Responsible for customer experience management and end-to-end performance optimization.
5. Responsible for optimizing and improving network service processes.
Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines.
2. Candidates with 2 years of experience in telecom business or IT business are preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome.
3. Familiar with transmission, data processing, cloud network and IDC would be an advantage; candidates with PMP/Cisco/Huawei certificates are preferred.
4. Good communication and written skills both in Chinese and English.
5. Fast learning, good team spirit and customer-oriented.
6. Sense of responsibility, hardworking and self-motivated.
