Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the project team
• Assist Project Director / Managers in all aspect of project administrative and coordination work
• Responsible for project documentation, quotations, submission
• Manage schedule for meetings and appointments
• Assist in follow-up with subcontractors/ suppliers

Requirements :

• Diploma in Building Studies or similar qualifications / any discipline
• 3 – 5 years experience in project administration, with related experience in Construction or Engineering
• Familiar with project documents
• Well-organized, Detail-minded, Strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team work
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literacy is essential
