Job Duties:

• Build an efficient team of staff, and ensure continuous improvement by taking an active interest in the safety, development, and motivation of staff

• Oversee day-to-day operations, driving performance of the retail shop to achieve targets and KPIs, including but not limited to sales, costs and quality of service and products

• Assure Company standard can be carried out in terms of products quality, customer service level service excellence, hygiene and safety

• Collaborate with Director of Retail to analyse sales performance and P&L reports, to ensure adherence to budgets, business plans and targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the F&B industry

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and guide a team toward success

• Strong business acumen with cost conscious, result-driven and guest-oriented mindset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

• Passionate about food and beverage industry and dedicated to exceptional service

• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills

• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to operational excellence
